just what you used to lower the car, not really interested in the handleing improvements.
so yeah, sleaves and koni's i suppose? Grazier, you should get away with just springs, but if your shocks are worn out it would be wise to replace them aswell.

Hey,
I Just lowered my BA Hardtop V6 - with pedders shocks & springs (38mm - in other words 1 and a half inchs) with 17'' wheels, it sits pretty good, there is still a little room to lower it more - but i have no troubles with any rubs on the guard, drives bumpy, but thats mostly from the 17'' low profile wheels If im looking at the guard and the wheels, theres about a 2 and a half finger gap, but still looks good ! Also i checked with the rta about lowering cars there are 4 things you must past so you dont get a defect : 1. Must be 500mm from the centre of headlight to floor 2. Must be 300 mm from blinker to the floor 3. Must be not more that 1/3 lowered than the orignal Springs 4. Must have a 100mm clearance from under the car to the floor |

whoops, forgot you'd asked for price.
Konis were $760ish for a set of 4, but that was under cost price. Best price these days is about $500 a pair GCs were about $750-800

When lowering a car, they say the back sits higher and after about 500km if sits level with the car, is this true ??? cause mine sits abit higher at the back than the front ?
Maybe the springs were cut different, or should i wait about 500kms and see ? |

sometimes it takes a while for the springs to "settle" give it some time and see if they change if not maybe they were made to sit like that.
