exhaust "noise" is only going to be determined my the muffler in place - well loudness can be anyway

you should be able to get a universal muffler to fit - if you wanted soemthing pretty liek a canon you could probably do that and have an inline muffler in place of the resonator

shane i don't think i've seen your car - if your on FI then it should already be quieter - and its not like your going to have a loud boxer thump there

but yeah like i said anyone should be able to supply want you want, hell you could put quite large tips on there, its only going to affect the appearance more than anything, as the exhaust gases would of already gone through the muffler/silencer

look up someone like carline in the yellow pages, they have always done good jobs with my car in the past - but that was north of you (central coast)

where abouts in sydney are you???

DONT DO IT !!!!! there are too many dual exhaust Astina's getting around.
I was first, ME !!! Tony, Kelvin, Sik Mik, Jynx all MAL323 Wanna be's !!!!!.

Just kidding mate, I am rebelling against the NO drinking liver cleansing
campain thats on at the moment. Why dont they just put liver cleansers
in my bourben I would be as fit as thorpey, just not gay !!! I think I forgot
to mention in all that that I am pissed but its ok as I am not typing and
drinking at the same time

Go to any exhaust place and get a dual in single out chambered muffler
and it can then be used just part reversed as the 2nd out becomes the
in and the 2 remaining become the outs. By choosing a chambered it
all goes into a centre chamber so mixing the ins and outs is fine. Done
this twice over the last 8 years cant believe my car will be 8 years in July
works fine.
