My Car is now a write-off!

Hey guyz i haven't been on for so long and just thought i would let yas know my car is now a write-off!
Some stupid trannies, ran into the front-end on the drivers-side on sunday the 1st!

Damn it and i loved that car! I now own a 1995 323 protoge, very nice!

Pics of new and old car to follow!

P.S.
Third-party only covered my for 3 grand and the car is worth 6! The person who hit didn't have insurance so miss out on the other 3 grand to make up the cars worth!

Damn man, thats some serious damage. Thankfully you are ok though. Hard luck with the insurance, but if it wasn't your fault, surely your insurer should be able to recoup the costs of the other driver somehow?

Nah cause it was Third Party they said they would only cover up to 3000 bucks, but if i want more i will have to take legal action against the person that hit me!
Which i will do cause i have a good friend who is a lawyer. (hehehe, free legal advice and help)

Damn that sucks.

If you're getting a new car get comprehensive insurance.

I've got a friend who has been driving around for years without insurance. His car's worth about $15K and no matter how much me and my other mates tell him to get insurance he never does.. It worries me to think how many others are on the road without insurance, and if they crash into you and you're not covered, its your own money that gets spent.

It makes me mad that even if you do the right thing and drive responsibly you can get stuffed by someone else's irresponsible behaviour.  And at the end of the day you have to take extra steps to look after youself.

****e! Nasty one. I know the feeling of losing a car as my old one was also written off.

The flip-side is that we both upgraded!
