Hey Xedos,

I might be keen - you wouldn't happen to have for sale the matching body/chassis and engine manuals for the KF engine, would you???

PM me if you want to talk further...

Cheers!

Nah I only have the electrical diagram, compared to most cars the astina is pretty simple for mechanical and body so I never bought them

My word.... Where is a forum that SHARES information and manuals and wiring diagrams instead of selling all da time.... All i want is either a way to fix my geniune alarm or using the wiring diagram to make my own security system to cut the fuel line

ur fuel pump is under ur rear seat, take the seat of, turn the car on and using a test light find which wire sends the signal to initiate the pump, then splice this wire and conect ur device inline, u might have to run a few extra feet of cable, but its all there

Thanks.... My car was build in south africa. Its got a factory fitted alarm unit called Samcor Up3. I don't have the mobiliser only remote. I wanna rest it so that i can arm and disarm it.... Otherwise i guess i will have to fit a normal reciever to open and close door and put a switch somewhere in the car to disable the engine coil and fuel line

u dont have to disable the coil, just splice the wires in the steering colum that crank, and conect the wires to a relay thats activated by the alarm

I did a simple google search for 'samcor up3' and came up with this, which gives the pinouts:

Also, if you go the home page, RF Logic is in South Africa, and they appear to sell spare parts so they should be able to help:
