it almost looks stock!

had a cover made for my MOMO wheel in order to comply with ADR's and just for a change of look really.

id concider making these for others if the interest is there

WTF! you destroyed a good steering wheel...

Momo wheels are ADR complied normally so why would you touch it. you just need a engineering certificate and then sometimes its not even a worry

you would have to be a real ass to the cop to get down for a steering wheel. Ive been pulled over with the momo on and he was more interested in the exhaust.

I'd be more inclined to think a cover over the wheel would be more of an issue as it could slip whilst driving, especially if it is removable as you say. Something like that would not pass a RWC, let-alone be "ADR" compliant instead of the standard trim on the momo wheel.

Is the cover over the whole wheel (sorry, it's hard for me to see cause I'm using an old laptop) or just the centre cap?

have u actually checked with vicroads/police that a piece of cloth over metal counts as 'padded' ?? i dont see any padding !!
