Sounds like the ST-S is more appealing to me. Less of that useless gizmos than the SSS. But others would love all those extras. And the SSS has the sports bodykit.

Wow - I think a cruise is cheaper is in it. LOL
$32K for that ? Like it's a NISSAN. it's pulsar. Bring back the name and miss the mark again. I know the last N15 SSS was not cheap new but it sat on it's own etc. I bet they drop the ST-S in the future too. Povo pack version with better engines never make it to the S2 or 3 version unless it's a big seller. Looks are one thing but that price puts it into mid size car costs. And yes I know people looking to down size will think it will be more economical when you could get so much more. Considering the Corrolla gets redesign and out sells the mazda 3 which is due for replacement. They have hit the right timing to Release it. Interesting to see how many they sell over the next 2 months. Corrolla has it's reputation to just sell and sleet sales. I expect with the fact the N16 was dud the Tida the same and with so many older Nissan's of past 5 years ending up costing 2nd owners higher then expected running costs. It might effect sales. Keeping them down. But if it is a sales hit and the Mazda's new 3 is not as popular. Could see another shift. Wonder if it's like an X-trail with plastic guards and ****ty Renault complicated engine add ons. |

I assume that the SSS is meant to be aimed at grabbing some of those Velostar turbo sales. SSS - 140kW and 240Nm 1.6L Turbo - 7.7 l/100km - $32,433 Drive away Velostar - 150 kW and 265Nm 1.6L Turbo - 6.8L/100km - $35,950 Drive away

I would go the velostar over the SSS too. and i was considering the vlostar turbo and the 86. but then i figured why not spend a few pennies more and get a car which i prefer and enjoy more... hence MPS. will be interesting to see the sales of the SSS... looks arent really appealing to the younger, and its fugly lol. Dont rekon its going to do too great. EDIT: let me know what you rekon of the new SSS, think i will take a look in a few weeks too... just for ****s and gigs.
