A little 'hello'

Hi, name's Michael, I'm from Concord West in Sydney. I bought my dark green '93 Astina bg (sohc) in April last year, and found these forums shortly after. They've proven a consistently interesting read, and have been plenty of help since. Having read for so long, I figured maybe I might actually start to write back and contribute. So hi!

I paid for the car out of my own pocket, and am currently paying my way through uni (3rd year of 5 at Macquarie, studying media and law), so there's not too much money floating around to put into it. Also, I'm on my red Ps. Given time though, I'd eventually like to:
- install a decent sound system;
- replace or repair my front bar, which I dented in a carpark on an early driving lesson (nothing serious though);
- replace my thrust bearing, which sometimes squeals;
- maybe put in a CAI and pod or panel filter, with a box to keep it legal;
- think about lowering it, much to my parents' chagrin; and
- hopefully find some relatively cheap but decent 16"s (good luck, I know).
