I need help for a strange problem
Bought a 1990 Astina and I love it but I am having a strange thing happen with the radio. I can't change any stations and none of the buttons work but when I drive from one side of town to the other the radio starts scanning the channels like it's trying to pick up the closest. I can't do anything to stop it nor can I save any stations. It will scan and scan then randomly stop on one. I am pretty sure the radio came with the car. It's a Phillips. I would really appreciate any suggestoins you guys might have coz it's way beyond me and it's really annoying. Thanks.

The only solution that comes to mind is to replace it. Sounds like its had it and its playing up.
There's some very reasonably priced CD/MP3 players out at the moment that would do quiet nicely Stock Head Units aren't worth the head ache.
