just some simple questions about the V6 astina
hi guys, been a while since i've visited the site... the mazda has been a bit neglected of late, and now i'm paying the price...
just some (hopefully) easy questions: 1) does k&n (or similar) make a panel filter to suit the V6 - autobahn says there isn't one 2) anyone got a decent price on leads for V6 - was told $150 today (by autobahn) 3) anyone had problems with electric aerial not working? motor still drives, but it doesn't go up or down.. thanks, i think that is all for now... -tim |

I would advise you avoid the Mazda leads are they a reputably quite ****,
Paid like 150-200 or so for Splitfire leads, took em about a week to make up as they don't normally make them for the V6, re the aerial have a similar problem been told to check some plastic thing inside that breaks quite easily, waiting for next service but. |

problems are solved..
the plastic thing in the aerial is a thing strip of ribbed (teeth) plastic that wraps around the motor.. the motor turns and the drives the teeth up or down.. after time the thin plastic snaps |
