i have some siamese fighting fish. cool little guys... my family used to have a huge fish tank full of heaps of tropical fish...... .... then our heater thermostat buggered up while we were away on holidays, and it literally cooked our fish so we don't have that anymore lol |

I'm pretty sure that it all falls under the "Recreational Wild Life Licence" you can have snakes, turtles and frogs under that licence. I have one for my 10 Pythons.

When i was in china, you could buy turtles off the street, from babies to grown-ups. Not for pets i would assume

yay we got the fish!!! ended up getting : 4 Mono's, 2 silver tail sharks, 2 black knife catfish & a female bristlenose catfish (about 8cm big, and hoping to get a male 1 in a few weeks same size).
i thought it was gonna be cramped in there but we can fit a **** loads more of fish in there...
