Wow Logan (Central anyway) is cheaper compared to close to the city. Sheesh! But it won't be good if I get a job in the city. Hmm hmmm hmmmmmmm. If only I had unlimited budget

They're a bit far from the city aren't they? East of the Gateway? Cheers for the suggestion though

Hmm public transport ok Belmont/Tingalpa (they did have good prices)? I'm kind of after something "neutral" - so I'm not limited to working south or the city. That's why I like Kangaroo Point. Kelvin Grove seems to be a bother to get to south if I have to.

to go south from kg you could jump on a bus on the busway or walk over to roma st. and catch a train.

public transport from belmont/tingalpa is average. a little too far from the train, you'd drive to the station. buses arent too bad though

I think Indooropilly (cant spell) is too far away for me!

Nate: Haha the old rivalry starts. As long as it isn't too far out and is near a train station I'm happy

Bugger all street parking in Paddington, Redhill and Auchenflower due to the regular stadium events...

I work in Paddington, and hate it.

Forget Toowong as you will be forever fighting with students for accommodation. Taringa or Indooroopilly is where you want to be. Indooroopilly is slightly better as more train services stop there than Taringa. But Taringa is a bit quieter.

Taringa is between Toowong and Indro. A fair few unit complexes around but there is also the occasional house - not sure how much they rent for these days tho. Taringa you are 5 minutes from two major shopping centres and they are adding a new supermarket on the main drag as we speak.

+1 for chicaboos comment. BUT my mate lives real close to milton, its rosalie, a really beautifull area parking not so good when it comes to games EXCEPT that there is a vet infront of his house that closes at 5pm with a few empty spaces in the carpark that noone ever uses. i allways park there cus the vet isnt open on weekends
