I'd suggest trying some of this to remake the thread - it's awesome stuff. Just make sure you keep turning it on the thread as it dries, otherwise it'll stick in place!

Found a much cheaper solution Depending on how badly you stripped yours DB try wrapping some plumbers tape (white stuff that's kind of rubbery) around the thread of the actual bolt. Obviously it's not the most reliable solution as it's now plastic on rubber but it works enough to hold in it place and allow adjustment

Got mine all together but in heating them in the oven the texta I used to colour the bits of the projector black (So you can't see it from the sides at all) sweated So now there's water marks over the projector lens, inside and out, going to take them apart again and fix it as I know it'll annoy me if I don't

All up cost me $200 I'd let them go for $150 if it meant moving them. Let me know.

Find out if there's some interest from others, even with 2 or 3 the discounts are worthwhile

If you save up enough mine will be for sale eventually (end of the yearish), won't be cheap though as I'll need to cover the costs of projector parts + the headlights themselves, otherwise they'll just go to Mum's car...
