ok - 76kg. took off the rear skirt and engine cover, but had to add back in the rear windscreen wiper and motor. i emailed a guy at ANDRA and he said it was required

Weld a patch inplace of the holes. I'm sure not all BJs had rear wipers (_|_)

beg my pardon........but what are jesus straps??? :?

and i know a lower front tyre pressure will help with the launch, but won`t it bog down a bit once the car gets going?
wouldn`t a higher profile tyre on a smaller rim be better?

yeah a higher profile tyre on a smaller rim would be better, but i dont have any smaller rims

Congrats Andy! 85kg is a whole lot of pork to remove from the car - bet she feels light when driving around now!

yeah the back certainly feels a lot more twitchy. and the lovely sway bar clunk is back hehehe.

will be picking up my mate's camera tonight to take some picks. gee it looks ugly without the side skirts, rear skirt and rear spoiler!
