Update: LaminX for foggies and smoked side indicators are on their way !

Now, does anybody know how to do an LED conversion for all the indicators ? Apparently you get some weird strobing issues with the decreased resistance.

Yeah I gave the tires a good thrashing around North Rocks where there are some huuuge culdesacs for turning trucks / semis. It still takes a bit to get the rears to break and the fronts hold up pretty well even with hard braking.

Either way I'll be popping over to JAX this weekend to get some brand newies.

Also, does anybody know what the stock rim dimensions are ?

Andrew, nah mate was stuck in North Rocks all day at the office ..

Matt, reckon I should go the same again on the rears ? The fronts I reckon I can squeeze a bit more out of.

Smurf, thanks for the tip. I'll see what else this weekend has in store for me and I may head out to tempe .

about the PWM controller. buy a BRUSHED motor controller off china and it will do the same thing (most accept a 12v battery)

I built a 40A one for myself for my 140W LED bar from Jaycar. quite fiddly and expensive once you buy all the extras and box etc. works perfectly though, causes the dreaded ringing in the LED bar though. maybe you wouldn't hard it being such a small load and made of rubber...

EG: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...USHED_ESC.html

bought thousands of things from here.

Clear side indicators and tint for foggies arrived yesterday !!!

Threw them on this arvo, will post pics shortly. Looks so much cleaner now.

On a more depressing note .. Accidentally nudged some soccer mum's towbar as I was leaving Westmead hospital today. Front bumper ain't happy. New one is due anyway.. Which brings me to my next query.

Who has info on getting an aftermarket bumper ?? I've seen some really neat stuff on other peoples rides.
