Reader Rides *help*

Havin troubles uploading pics into the RR i can change the writing no probs but cant upload pics. the large pics are about 80kb and the small about 20kb. anyone else havin troubles?


Tony / Dan / Dave could this be fixed?

I spoke to Mik, and when he told me I tried to add some pics to mine and no go!

I tried to add an 18kb pic from both my hdd and from server.

Nothing.

So it looks like a problem updating the database.

Mabye it needs a reboot, with my HiMarks on.... mmm steelcaps!

Adam said to delete your normal readers ride and start again, that's all he does when it stuffs up. Maybe if you are going to use HTML coding in your readers ride, back it up as a TXT file and copy it when you need it to stop farking up.

looking into it. the server will not need a reboot ....

i'll get back to you

clearly the scripts need to at least provide feedback as to WHY it wouldnt accept the file

u didnt happen to have the file extension in capitals did u ?

script has been updated. It wan't accepting .JPG, only .jpg. My bad. give it a try now and see if it's working plz

had a bit of trouble at the beginning, deleted the RR and started again. but its all good now

I think my extensions were in capitals too

I didn't think we had to be that pedantic, unless we are using Unix......
