BA bouncing Tach needle

Hi, the tach needle of my 94 Astina (BA) is always bouncing no matter Idle or on the road. It will even bounce with the music rhythm.... What is the possible cause of this?

If all else fails..
Near the ecu are 2 big plugs one is white, one is black, on the white one there is a wire that is yellow with a blue trace. Run the signal wire off that, THAT is the tacho wire.

Check that all earth cable connections are good (and clean). I wouldn't go and replace anything until you check your earth connections first.
