MAZDA @ New York car show

Just back from a trip from the USA, while in New York we checked out the car show and saw these from Mazda

What model is this one? I quite like it. Looks a little like a Maserati body style GranTurismo.. obviously a four door version....

The 'B Spec' Mazda 2 is actually this:

Mazda asked if they could borrow it, and then just dressed it up and called it their own concept

There is a big call for a hotted up version of the Mazda 2 (i.e. Mazdaspeed version) from the car enthusiasts but most agree that it would not be a financially viable option for the company
