Any fans of initial D or drifting will love this
http://www.shockwave.com/sw/content/zipzapsse
A really awesome impression of initial d, really fun GUTTERU DOORIIIFTOOO Any of you who don't know, Initial D is a japanese series about Takumi, some tofu delivery boy who is a master at drifting his 1986 Toyota Trueno. He is challenged in battles and stuff and using all his special techniques manages to beat them all somehow (cept for one occasion). Eitherway really interesting series if u get to catch it. till then this is where it's at.

Initial D is cool...apart from the lack of storyline

Lack of story line?
Who needs a story line to boost the entertainment factor of drifting cars and good old japanese cartoon?

yeah i'd have to say stage one is the best of the lot.... by stage 3(the movie) there wasn't much else to talk abt it, it was pretty much just wrapping things up.

For those of you who have cable internet or something qik get yourselves a copy of winamp 5. It features internet TV with one channel dedicated completely to initial D and another one dedicated to this bloke called the ghoast rider who takes his bike and WRX thru euro freeways / streets at 250km/h+ !!! worth a look.
P.S. found out the hard way tonight that the astina doesnt drift. Ended up overtaking myself and going backwards off the road - no damage cept my pride. |
