Early August - Victorian AGT'er visiting and that means......... PARTY TIME

Hey guys & gals,

Although I am away until 6th August, the esteemed Rupewrecht will be passing through and staying at our place for a bit.

(Hopefully long enough so that I get to see him when I get home!)

Naturally enough, any excuse for a get together and BBQ works for us, and the Beetle will parked in the driveway. For those that haven't seen it in the flesh, it looks just awesome.

So, although I don't have actual dates on hand yet, I am pre-empting with a BBQ idea for maybe Saturday 9th August? We'll get the karoake machine out and now the XBox360 joins the 2 x XBox and the Wii as entertainment.

Also on the entertainment agenda is painting the Camry!!
Aaron finally owns an air compressor and goodies, my only criteria is that the registration papers say the car is blue, so blue is should stay.
Some racing stripes might help, so although the car isn't actually fast, it might look fast LOL!!!

Anyway, to those of you that have been to one of our BBQ's before, usually it is an afternoon of lots of food, including BBQ'd cheese, cocktails, the fire pit will be active and there's some space for those that want to crash instead of drink driving.

I hope to see our AGT contingent come along and have a fantastic time.

Will send out emails and messages n stuff but please indicate your availability in this thread so I have somewhere I can keep track

Cheers y'all and I hope to make our midwinter BBQ (feast) another night to rembember (or forget in the case of Rupe singing the milkshake song!)
