Hey guys sorry I ave not been on here in soooo long I had a HUGE weekend 2 18ths and a 30th then I was in town clubbin and work to juggle.

yeah we can invite n e 1 we want but it was originally 323's and laser's this does not bother me though , it was only meant to be a little newcvastle meet to get to know all the ppl on the forums from newcastle lol should have know it would turn into something bigger. I did the samewhen I had the laser on fordlaser.com it turned into something bigger!

The plan guys:

Newcastle Guys are too meet at swansea McDonalds at about 9.30am on sunday the 26th of september so we can leave at around 9.50am so we are down at the twin servo's by 10.30am. I'm not to sure about n e bbq areas around newcastle, but I was thinking either:

take the exit off the highway off to toronto have a BBq there and then continue to cruise around the lake and then head into town for the sunday afternoon lap and then we can break off in the afternoon and go home or whateva

OR

We can cruise up cessnock way and go to the vineyards like was suggested and then go to town from there but I'm not tooo sure on my way around up there so someone would need to direct personally I think the first one is easyest.

What you guys recknon I think the first one is best unless someone is willing to direct us around cessnock and then into town?

Also guys bring your CB radios if you have them they are awsome to keep in contact with each other through the day

Need your thoughs guys so we can finalise this

well i'm pretty sure the original plan was for me to meet at thornleigh maccas and cruise up - which is wot i'm still planning on doing as it's a nice trip i was thinking sydney ppl we should take the old highway for some of the trip as we're gonna encounter all the ppl leaving syd on school holidays on the freeway as this is the 1st wkend of school holis. as long as we all have CBs it's fine.

i'm okay with the nessnock area. it's not v. hard to get lost, + it'd be good to go thru morpeth. it's beautiful there BUT this is dependant REMEMBER on what the peeps on fordlaser.com are planning.....

Hey guys,
I just finished work. The final plans are as follows:

Sydney ppl are to mt at Thornleigh maccas at 9am

Newcastle ppl are to meet at swansea maccas at 9.30am so we can leave at 9.50 at the very latest! to meet the central coast/sydney ppl at the NORTHBOUND twin servos at 10.30am.

From there we will cruise back up the F3 and get off at the swansea/charlestown exit and go to caves beach for a few little pics and a chat etc.leave there at about 11.30 or so (this is just approx time as times usually change) .

From there I have found a BBQ place in belmont which is about a 10km drive towards town, its by the lake, it has 2 electric BBq's and a fish and chip shop accross the road aswell as a large car park so we will all have room to park.

Leave there at about 12.30 - 1 and cruise into town through charlestown along the highway turn off at mereweather and cut up along the beaches and eventually into town and we can all park up.

I think this is good as it was only meant to be a little newcastle meet its a good size cruise not overly too much driving and theres some good spots for photos along the way.

these are the final plans.... We can organise to go tot eh vineyards another time when we have more time to plan but as we only have another 4 - 5 days till the cruise the plans needed to be finalised so all we need now is a definate of whos coming and whos not. a list will be posted by thursday or earlier.

thanx guys can wait to meet and greet some new and old faces I'll see yas all at the servo at 10.30.
