Yep, they've got atleast one winery at Tamborine that I know of, and I don't know $#!T. June's a little ways off yet, I think we can organise a special event for you and James when you's hit the town up here.

He troubl,
I think I recognise your nick' from Ozmazdaclub yeah? Anyhow, I was hoping to get butts out of cars for this particular cruise, ie: a bushwalk, rainforest hike, watch some hang gliding and possibly do the natural bridge again if people are up for it. Don't worry, there will be heaps of nice driving opportunities. I want it to be a really big day that's full of great driving, scenery and some activities to get us mingling and welcome the people who are newer to the club. I was thinking we be a bit fancy and get lunch somewhere at Tamborine. There are plenty of nice places there that do pretty good lunches for the money in an environment where we can all sit down and talk ****. And after the Hinterland stretch, we can do the Ho's Breath and BWCP carpark again if people want. If you've not been on a cruise before troubl, we tend to go through around 1/2 tank of fuel most times... Gav. |

OK Tim, just let us know what is a good time to meet us at Springwood Maccas or something. Also if you and Dwayne could bring your CBs that would be handy too.
I'll show you guys where I intend to hold the walking parts of the cruise, but I think we will breeze through that for the most part. I'm more intersted in working out places to get lunch, etc... through the day. I expect I will get lost heading down the other side of Tamborine, so I might need your help with that too Tim, if you don't mind. Once we work out where to join up to Andrew's successful Hinterland part of the cruise, we should be fine from there. Gav. |
