Sunroof problem

Do anyone know how to operate sunroof in BA? I bought my BA hardtop two months ago but the previous owner loss all the manuals........... In this hot day, I would like to keep the sunroof partial open after the car stop. But whenever I turn of the engine, sunroof close automatically. Do anyone know how I can keep the sunroof partially open. My is a 97 model. Thanks in advance.

may be locate the relay that closes the sunroof when ignition is off and remove it. mine stays open with ignition off.
