I went out to the WSID last week,

I cracked a 16.73 @ 82.xxMPH
not bad for a bog stock 323 with 247x kms on it... I was rather impressed with it

Crikey... that's pretty quick.

I ran 16.789 in a 1.8 BA with K&N panel filter.

I think you went at the right time of year... nice and cold... what was it out there like 6 degrees?

I was thinking I wouldn't be able to do better than that. But you've just given me reason to go back and beat your time.

going to 8000rpm doesn't kill boxs, its hard launches, hard acceleration when on full lock or when coming on boost (which is not possible for you)

i dont do hard launches, nor do i do hard acceleration on full lock...so the only thing i can bring it down to is the 8,000rpms...

Ahh this thread is now a zombie!!

Best reaction time of the day with an average 1/4 mile time and my best time of the day with a poor reaction time and all with a buggered clutch.
