[QLD] FS: Twiggy sale to end all twiggy sales

(Over 3 posts)
So this is the Twiggy sale to end Twiggy sales. Everything must go as this is the end of my Astina era, well for now at least anyway. Once I have my SP20 back on the road the car will be sold.

I am happy to fit or exchange items to your car (except for the pistons and rods) for a small fee which we can work out privately. I am also happy to send the exchange items to you prior to you sending me your original items, again something we can work out privately.

A few other items, not many, will be added to this list over the next couple of days and weeks, but below are the main items…

I am happy to take paypal, cash or bank deposit. Postage of any items to you if required is at your expense. Always willing to give you a viewing of items or send you specific photos of items as required.

PM me…

For sale outright:

Volk TE37 (genuine) 15x7.5 pair of wheels - sold

AutoXracing rear sway bar anti-clunk kit - $100
Almost complete – just no bolts. nb, only works with original or original shaped sway bars, will not with whiteline sway bar, but *does* work with the racing beat bar. Brand new, never used

Piston and Rod combo - sold

SLS Performance engine side engine mount - sold

NOS n2o kit. Comes with the Universal Wet Kit – the 05130NOS kit - sold

Protege service manuals - sold

Customised 626 FSDE Head cover – sold

Double cone Synchros – 2 of them, $100 each
Well the package says double cone, but there are 3 parts to it and I thought that makes them a “triple cone” since there are 3 parts, but anyway, I was going to use these to upgrade my G-series gearbox to allow much faster, smoother, and higher rpm gear changes for 1-2-3-4 gears, but now obviously not going to do that. Part number G5C2-17-26X. They are all in original packaging and in perfect condition. Mazda charges $260.23 each for these! If you take all 4 I'll consider a cheaper all up price.

Coolant system part (not sure what it’s really called) – $25
Original FS part with an extra threaded hole for a second water temperature sensor. Also has a mounting bracket part removed and outlet for the coolant to go to the throttle body removed and welded up. Perfect for if you have aftermarket engine management and would like to keep the original water temperature gauge. A much cleaner setup for your engine bay, just needs some finishing touches to smooth it all out.

Cont…

Engine block - sold

Engine loom - $2.50
Most of the loom there and some wires cut. Perfect for rewiring the engine bay when you go to an aftermarket ecu to make the engine bay tidy

Oil Pressure adapter – $2.50
Plugs in to the stock oil pressure sensor location, allowing you to keep the stock oil pressure sensor and putting in your own sensor as well

For sale with ***EXCHANGE*** for your original parts:

Autoexe Coilovers - sold

Erebuni copy rear wing - $40
Black, so yours must be black too. Might need a wash and polish

Would the LSD fit my g series at all? Haha no, about 5 others today gave me a hard time at church though! Went straight home, maybe when I drop it off. Anyway I'll stop this thread destruction. I'll take the diff, if itll suit and not die.

Shame the mounts are exchange... I would love all of them! (Well all 3) but its not a job that would get done ASAP... So exchange wouldn't be an option

Lameee!!!

Would love that LSD too... But not much point if going KL and using the mx6 box

Ryan. I think it might, depends what spline count you have. The early G series I think had a diff spline count. Someone feel free to correct me as I know very little about anything other then BJs.

Thetes a detailed thread on FL about it, stuffing around using ba layshafts etc so I'd imagine it'll suit the spline (28) but more worried about inside the box. Anyway I'll do a bit of research and confirm tomorrow night.

The MSP LSDs fit BA11P1 and BJ, but you need to machine the top of the LSD for a BA speedo gear (or the speedo gear itself).

Righto. So a fairly simple install. I'll take it then and keep it in a box of parts waiting.
