They are ............ still sitting in the garage

I'm moving this weekend, so I won't get to them in for a while. But I am moving closer to the shop that I will be getting to them sealed up through

Also, I am almost done getting my new cooling system ready. So I can install that and the headlights at the same time

Ahh fair enough, was hoping you were going to do them with the new bumper. Can't wait to see what shroud/colour combo you decided on.

Sealed up as in just putting the lens back on? I thought Matt would've done that with the retro.

Okay, so I emailed theretrofitsource and got an email about pricing. It's $115USD a pair for 2 pairs of FX-R projectors or $100USD a pair if we get 3. Plus shipping which will work out to about $30-$40 including postage around Australia.
He can also do a discount on shrouds and any other parts anyone wants .

Ok I'm in so that's 2. I'll need a harness to suit my ballast and a set of gti-r shrouds.
Who else is in??

Edit. Ballast pic

I went with 5k bulbs and Gattling Gun shrouds

Yeah, just to seal them back up.

Matt had trouble with one set of the early headlights he did that couldn't be adjusted enough with the stock adjusters. The guy had to unseal the headlights, adjust the projector mounting inside and then reseal the headlights to fix it. So after that Matt decided to send them out unsealed.

Ahh that explains it I'm gonna go with the gatlings too I think, did you paint the shrouds? DB there is but the output is worse and it costs more so might as well get the FXRs
AE I linked one before that'll work with that ballast. I'll come up with some prices if you list exactly what you need from this supplier.

Nah, left the shrouds shiny so that hopefully they will blend in with the reflectors

If you are talking about the headlight bezel, then I had it painted black like my current headlights (read SE20 style).

in the set up ballast adaptor, globes 6000k, FX-R, E55-R shrouds, and shroud centric rings cuz that will save playing with glue to a degree =]
depending on when the order goes ahead im looking at this set up =] i love the look of the E55-R there nice and simple

Ah yeah 6000k globes.

And those eccentric rings are free if you get projectors and shrouds in the bundle.

You might want to investigate whether those shrouds cover all the projector, don't want to see it through the side.

Those E55-R shrouds are sexy too....

I'll set up a group buy thread so it's a bit clearer how much it'll cost etc.

Are the eccentric rings required?

That's what I was thinking of doing first Orion, but if I don't like it i'll paint the shroud and reflector all black
