Remove rear reflector garnish

Hey everyone,

1997 BAIII 323 5dr hatch.

How do I remove the rear reflector garnish?

I have removed 2 black nuts on either end and 2 gold nuts next to the reverse lights but it still doesnt want to give it up.

It feels like there is something in the middle holding it in place, is that another nut+bolt or just a clip?

There are 3 gold philips head screws in the middle of the panel.

access from inside. remove inside plastic panel.
