Washed, chamoised, polished, vacuumed & lubricated the Lancer today, total 4 hours to fully detail... Was a bit naughty and washed at home with all the water restrictions I would post pics but the camera died!!

finished step 2:
replaced my heater core and fan switch...what a c@#t of a job.
going to take weeks for the skin to grow back on my knuckles
got it fixed though and for only $200 and 3hrs all up including new hoses and i had no bolts left over at the end which i was happy about.
swapped the HU aswell so now i can listen to quality tunes
p.s. mazda wanted $1070 for a heater core and $1400 for the fan control unit
who the hell would pay that?.
step 3: i'll be lowering it with new shocks and springs
step 4: 15% tints all round after rego's due
step 1 was new 17x7 black apache rims

I want to get mine rebuilt too.

( remember that one was leaking oil when I got them Dan - I have noticed it seems rougher than the others )

So pls tell me if you're happy with their work and price - I might send mine up when I get back from holiday in August

yeah keeping it now..unless someone wants it but i'm not advertising it
i'm selling my gf's vitara instead and giving her my commodore wagon
the little mazda only uses 9l/100km in heavy traffic and never breaks down apart from a leaky heater core and some split hoses.
if anyone used king springs to lower their BA astina send some pics to whereswes@gmail.com i just want to see if they are low enought as they only sell sl's (30mm lower) and does everyone scrape their nose on gutter and driveways...
