Issues swapping a TX3 BPT into a '98 BA Hatch with a smokey BP??

Hi all,
Wanting to know how straight forward it'd be to get a wrecked TX3 and drop the motor into a '98 BA hatch?
Have been searching and reading but still a bit hazey.
Are drive shafts interchangeable?
Can I use the g-box from the TX3 (ie: pull the whole engine/box out and drop it straight in?)
If not, then which clutch & fly do I use?
What ECU/wiring issues could I expect? Eg: would the TX3 ecu plug in to the mazda dash loom?

Reason I'm asking is I need the car to be off the road for as little time as possible so trying to gather as much info as I can before starting.

Thanks heaps
