18 of march test n tune.

there is a test n tune coming up on the 18, 1 week before the mini jam so i was thinking we have another drag night so people can do the obvious and test n tune there cars 4 the mini jam the week after. we could do the a cruise before hand if people want to. so if u are interested just add ur name to the list below. thanks

Twilight: will be bringing the other half... but will prob need a hand stripping the stuff out of my car...mind if i meet at your place and we strip the seats out or something? Mandy isnt much of a help with such things, and with only 2 seats being in the car this time, I cant bring jared.

Guess it gives me what, 2 weekends to get the car lowered and the dirty great scratch fixed? :P

ok i have a question. my mate has a s13 silvia and he wants to come back wont because se says that his car runs **** down the strip in hot weather. is there and penifit running in winter?

**** no. Rain makes traction go bye byes..... Every time it rains my car slips and slides everywhere whenever I give it too much stick on boost.

tell him he's a cry baby.

hot weather = less power becuase the intercooler doesnt cool much. the colder the air, the more power it'll make.

but it's the same for everyone. my car makes more power in the cold because there is more oxygen in the air and i can add more fuel. for something like ever 7 degrees i can add an additional 1-2% of fuel to my car and still get the correct a/f ratios

Unless its a heavily worked silvia, alot of the cars on here will beat him.

no turbo - then tell him he's totally full of cr@p. at wsid when the track temp was 59deg and the air temp was 31deg i still did a 14.878 1/4 mile pass. at that stage my best was 14.860 (done with TT 28deg and air 22deg)
