To go from BJI to BJII SP20 means new headlights, new guards, wheelarch liners, front bar, bonnet, grille, foglights...so no.

There is a BJI Sport20 front bar though that'd be a lot easier to change to, but you'd have to get one from Japan or NZ.

Or there's a Mazdaspeed front bar for BJI as well.

Hi again,

i was just thinking about what Rupewrecht said and im pretty sure i actually have a BJII because my headlights are one piece and everything else looks pretty similar to the sp20 (bonnet & quarter panels) so in that case would it be a straight bolt on? do you think it would look funny if i just put the front bar on with no skirts or rear lip/bar? is 350 too much to pay for a new primed bar?

Ah in that case, you'll only need new guard liners and a different grille.

Check your PMs, too

It'll look a bit funny with no skirts and lip, as the SP20 bar is lower than the sides - and the same if you only got skirts and no rear lip.

Looks alright with only the front bumper, but if you can, do get the lip and skirts, as that'll look much better.
