Steering Wheel Clearance Sale!!!
Ok, so this is a little away from the norm for me!
I've got 9 wheels which were being discountinued and reduced from one of my suppliers so I snapped them up for cheap sale! All branded 'Boss Motorsports'... Not a momo or sparco, but definately a good quality wheel, and good value for money! All come with inner centre horn button. All prices include postage! Boss kits not included As follows: Wheel 1: Red/silver outer on alluminium centre $95 Wheel 2: Black/Black on a black centre $95 Wheel 3: Blue/silver on alluminium centre $95 Wheel 4: Black/grey on black centre $95 Wheels 5/6: Woodgrain on chrome centre $95 Wheel 7: Woodgrain on chrome centre $95 Wheel 8: Woodgrain on alluminium centre $110 Wheel 9: Black and Silver, this ones feels cheap and nasty to hold, and really isn't anything flash, so I'm letting it go for $75, would make a good replacement for a std wheels that's all deteriated etc. Any questions just let me know! Greg

anyone know how to change a steering wheel with an Airbag? Is it possible? I remember reading on a Mazdaspeed site years ago about a resistor to trick the computer into thinking there was an airbag there, has anybody done this successfully?

since when does modifying need to comply with legality. After all fitting anything over 16's on most astinas is illegal too. And who is it going to hurt most...?

can't imagine for the life of me y on earth u would replace an airbag with one that doesn't have it. Are looks so much more important than anything else? And u can legaly put 17" on any V6 astina.
Carefull the airbag doesn't explode in your face when removing the steering wheel, and make sure u don't break your nose pulling the steering wheel off. |

Cinncinatus, I did say MOST astinas, and the reason I want/need to change my wheel is because the rubber has come away from the steel inner ring of the steering wheel. On some hot days, there is so much play, it feels like a motorbike throttle. I class this as a safety issue in its self and since I am looking to replace it, I am thinking of going to a MOMO/sports wheel.

i like the blue one but damn ...
trust me to go buy an astina that comes with an airbag means i am limited to mainly momo as i would say as far as airbaged after market wheels go there the largest and best lookin and also they cost the most :P hahahaha well u know what i mean |
