Does spring quality matter or are the shocks more important

So I see a lot of people on here lowering their cars (doesn't include coilovers) and sometimes I see people say I got kings lows and some people say they're not as good as ....., but some people say when matched with the right shocks they are as good, my question is this ................

If I bought say a set of these
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/KYB-REAR-...item20cc0a2acb

and bought some lowered springs would say the Kings springs be worse/ better then Megan racing brand, or do they all feel the same when matched with the same shock.

Kings paired with a decent set of shocks like a good bilstein or koni ajustables will handle a treat.

Kings paired with cheap OEM replacement springs not so much. I would honestly avoid those and get a good set of shocks such as Tokico Blues. Cheaper then bilstein or koni ajustables but are a good shock. Streetunit does the best price + shipping when I got my set.

Would recommend the illuminas for you with your spring rates as your springs are a little stiffer then the Eibachs there well valved for.

I've got some adjustable Mazdaspeeds for less than that.
