ABS in 95 hardtop

My ABS light indicator keeps turning on and off when I drive, I noticed it today, its completly random. Any ideas what this might mean?

Check for loose connections on the wheel sensors is all I can think of... does ABS in the BA use a sensor just off the reservoir?

No idea, will try and get that checked out tomorrow, I haven't noticed anything weird in the meantime.

No, theres a bosch sensor on every wheel. That's how they acheive 4 wheel abs. Had occasion to change drive shaft recently and saw it.

Hmmm here are some more symptoms

ABS light flashes on and off irregularly
ABS engaged itself for a split second while driving, can't b sure if it was ABS engaging or the car just stalling, car just jerked!!!

Airbag light showed up about twice and I lost power when it did. Once again only for a second.

All this happened under normal driving conditions, although I must admit it was more frequent within the first 10 min of me driving the car.

I'm taking it in to be checked on Friday, in the meantime any ideas?

bad connection somewhere. But considering the ABS cabling goes to all 4 wheels I'd say you're in for a fun time trying to find it.

This says your alternator is giviing out bad readings from your regulator.

A good auto electrican should have device to show it jumping or maybe pumping volts but min amps. Which is comom on mitsubishi alternators - that' my guess if it's ABs and airbag
