Was coming home from work, accident occured about 2am.
90% sure this will put the car into early retirement. Mel has asked me nicely to get rid of it, her extact words were, "Now are you gonna sell that piece of s@#t? Or a least for parts?" Last edited by project.r.racing; 18-09-2011 at 11:43 AM. |

Good to hear you are alright Ryan
I drifted off once on the Warrego going back to Toowoomba, but thankfully snapped awake and corrected before anything got out of hand Hope it all works out

Crap! Good to hear you're ok. Would be a shame to see the car go though.

And you won't be the last person asking for the LSD.

Another one bites the dust unfortunately. If you do go for another car, 200 is the way to go

No conclusions as to what will become of the car. I don't need it for work this week. And I am away up to Cairns for a week in October. So it'll be a month before I make concrete decissions. Maybe?

Nope, chassis is too bent for a race car. Been in that many dings, that nothing is 100% straight.
If I did go the race car option, then I'd buy a clean white BA hatch and strip it, swap all the good bits over, and the all the unwanted parts. |

Cusco rear strut brace
Old and new. In car - bar is about 30mm higher than Whiteline version. Thicker, stronger strut top plates. |
