hi guys, have just joined your forum and are hoping to give and recieve some helpful tips. I currently run a 1995 ba 1.8l protege as a khanacross / hillclimb car , i picked it up for $300 and have been thrashing it at the meetings for 3yrs and its still going strong [great motor so strong] . i've grafted a BA falcon throttle body onto the manifold along with BA falcon injectors this gave it better throttle response and felt more torque . i've since added homemade strut braces and extractors as well as king springs in the front and chopped the rears to level it up oh and a 2.5 in exhaust out the side. This makes for a great fun thing to drive .photo's to follow soon

Welcome, did you convert the throttle body to cable or is it still fly by wire?

i mainly go to coffs car club events as i don't have a car trailer as can get to them using a trade plate from work .the throttle body i used is off au falcon which is cable operated,it's all done a very tight budget (what i can scrounge)
