it may not have a bolt, but it'll have a round bit that comes out with a thread - that's where the bolt should be.

you change the bushings? its work doing it while shifters apart. the trick to finding that bolt is to run you have along till you find it. i ended up finishing changing the bushings in the dark, its a real b***h to find something you can't see under a car in the dark

well i just took it for its first drive with the manual in it but i still have a lot of work to do on it.
does the neutral switch need to me hooked up and the car in neutral for the car to start? cus i had to make do with the auto loom (cuz the wreckers are lazy) and start it with a screw driver to get it going but it runs alright and has a ****load more getup and go even with a worn clutch(wats the average price on a clutch kit?).

also i heard that some manuals use auto trannie fluid these days as lube so i am wondering if this will take atfdx3 cus i got a ****load of it sitting around doing nothing

ohh on your ignition there will be this great big chunky wire that goes from the housing to where the auto selector used to be...get rid of that tooo thats there to tell the car that its in park so you can start it (when its auto)

do NOT use ATX fluid. Just get some Castrol stuff that's about $10 a bottle - you'll need 3.

yeah you'll need the neutral switch otherwise the car won't start (maybe it will if you put the clutch in, not 100% sure what happens without one)

yeah got a buy some manual tranny fluid. might want to flush it with some cleaner too. that auto fluid is designed for a different environment, don't use it unless you want a crunch whenever you shift
