Slap it on the pokies......nah if u love the car that much keep it and mod it. Mines a 93 bg and it has a fair bit of work done but it is wat I want. I had an option of a brand new standard gti golf or the Astina modded. I chose the astina

i'd probably save the cash or sell the car and use the extra cash to upgrade, although I should have probably taken my own advice a few yrs ago!!

How about spending it on a track license, some classes and track day fees.
Maybe a few minor mods and suspension setup with whatever is left over. A car is far more fun on the track than on the street. |

Id sell the BA search for a MAZDA Familia GT-Ae stock they go and handle like a cut cat. only made 300 so they are a worldwide collectable. So stock you will always get back close to what the dollars you put into it. drive it till you need more adrenalin then mod up to GRP A as and if you can afford it.

in that case y not just buy an formula vee set up, (about 10k first year, including car tires etc... so only a grand or two next year)
