Last time I went (august 2008), only paid $75...

This is what you get for your money:

Indy Race Package
$75 per person + $5.00 Licence Fee (If Applicable)
1 x 12 Minute Practice Session
1 x 7 Lap Qualify Race
1 x 7 Lap Final

You will have your own company Grand Prix and our stadium level lighting allows you to race day or night.

Level 2 Sprint Event Format
PRACTICE (Race 1)

The practice is un-timed 8 lap session, which allows drivers to familiarise themselves with the many features of the karts and the circuit.
RACE 2

Race 2 consists of 8 laps. Points are allocated for this race from first to last. All drivers are allocated a different kart for each race.
RACE 3

Race 3 consists of 8 laps. The starting positions are allocated automatically by computer for this race. Points are then allocated for this race from first to last.
RACE 4

Race 4 consists of 8 laps. For this race, the starting positions are again allocated automatically by computer. Points are then allocated for this race from first to last.
GRAND FINAL (Race 5)

The Grand Final consists of 8 laps with the starting positions automatically allocated by computer from the results of the previous 3 races.

The driver who accumulates the most points from the races is the overall champion of the day. Trophies may be presented for 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed drivers on the winners’ podium. All other invited guests will be presented with a computer printout of their day’s racing results and a complimentary $5.00 discount voucher for use next time they visit Kingston Park Raceway.

Drivers must be aged 16 years and 1600mm minimum height to compete.

yeah kingston prices are the same, i got a very similar email to than end of last year. but i didnt wanna make each person i invited 2 my 21st pay that much, and i wasnt gonna pay over 2.5k for a bday lol so yeah archerfeild WAS cheaper then but i didnt wanna do that cus the carts are direct drive so no clutch so bad ppl=bad day


who would b keen on this? perhaps make a end of the year party at kingston? have a cruise in the morn through mt cotton covering most of the roads and end up at kingston at around 11 or when the registration has to be done and fang it around the track

i went to kingston not long ago and it cost me 80 bucks and that included the license although it wasnt a private session

yeah...we would probably want a private session...as we could race against each other a bit better and not have some random in the middle of the field...

i was thinking a private anyway, it wont be hard to fill up 25 even. i know few of my mates would be keen on karting, just to c who will kick whos arse as for the cruise b4 i think that 2 hours is way to long so the shorter route would be a better option

I personally think we should leave the karting day to the end of year event, could possibly do a nice drive to murwillumbah and then back in the arvo perhaps??

Thats what got me hooked on AGT cruise, my first in December 05!

I agree man about the end of the year thing that's what I thaught all along
Perhaps we could all meet there for karting n go cruise just after. Cus iv seen mt cotton like every day 4 6 months so yeah should we sort of start organising something get some numbers so we could book it early cus companies will have christmass parties..

i went paintballing at salisbury bout a month ago or somethin, and ima be goin again later in the year, salisbury is the new indoor paintball as well, and its still got good games.

Tony brought up the idea of Queensland Raceway, but why not try Morgan Park Raceway at warwick? could be a fun little track, any peeps been to that track??
