cheers
Ah, doing little things to it slowly. Things done this weekend: - A new red/black screen for the Wolf 3D screen - started installing an exhaust control valve, - fitted a JDM leather shifter boot - which as well as replacing the rubber boot, also replaces the little black trim that clips around the rubber. - adjusted the throttle cable so yeah, little things.

Kinda what i've done. The handles aren't 'tall' enough to be sunk into the wood, but i've drilled holes for some bolts (with the heads wedged/countersunk into the wood), and the handles wedge over them, and is held firmly in place with some liquid nails. Still relatively easy to remove them if i need to get the sub out.

Aaron found me a new 20x4 character screen/PCB off the net, and i just had to get the existing wires swapped over.
The red's a bit more sensitive to daylight than the green/black was, so i need to angle it more towards me and inset it a bit more, but that's no big deal as i want to tweak my dash anyway.

Would have been for the Xecuter Modchip on the xbox, Dogo. White text on blue background? Very sexy installed on the box, im an xbox modder from way back, lost my touch now that the 360 tight as a virgin when it comes to security....
I was thinkin about an original xbox install, but i think it will demand too much from the alternator, im worried about running the battery flat!

you can run them on a 12v ATX motherboard - like those used with carPCs
In fact I have one spare lying around never used. |
