removing fuel injectors?
can anyone please give me instructions on how to change injectors?
heres how i think i should do it: 1. depressurise fuel lines by disconnecting fuel pump replay while engine is idling. turn engine off. diconnect +ve terminal on battery. 2. unbolt fuel rails 3. take fuel hoses off rail 4. pull fuel rail out gently and injectors should come out with the rail 5. pull each injector out by gently twisting it 6. pull new injectors in with good seals 9. bolt fuel rail back am i right? any advice? cheers! |
