With your catch can setup, are you venting to atmosphere or recirculating? With the lines teed like that you could use a Moroso small body air oil seperator ( rocket industries No.#m085496) to filter and then plumb back into intake tract for roadworthy compliance.
Neat and compact. That yellow book on the lounge was a bible when I was playing wires! |

You can order it straight from rocket industries or through autobarn. It unscrews similar to the chase bays design and is fully baffled.
That wiring keeping you up at night eh? |

this is why. I have a three wire speedo sensor (+ - and signal) and need to convert it to a two wire (variable reluctance) for my speedo dash to work in my mazda 323 ba (1994-1997) Here is a web site I'm looking at and it explains it well I just can't seam to find a way to convert it.. And I can't get a two wire sensor for my box. (It's a toyota e series box (SW20)) http://wilbo666.pbworks.com/w/page/5...peed%20Sensors

ok so after talking to my good friend and fellow Adaptronic lover i have found a way.
the thing is converting VR to digital is easy, can do it with just a transistor and a couple of resistors. Going the other way is an entirely different matter. Dacota digital boxes actually do this as a function of their speedo correction, although it's an expensive option compared to 20c in parts to go the other way. Having said that I have no doubt the pulse count will be different so this might be a good way to solve two problems. 1) Digital to VR. Done. 2) Speedo out? No problem, not anymore it's not! One of these http://www.dakotadigital.com/index.c...roduct_id=126/ See on page one there is a 'Calibrated AC output'? That's your winner. The calibrated OC output you could run to the ECU or to be honest you'd be better off having the ECU read the trans directly. Your dash connects to the AC output. The OC stands for 'open collector' which is the type of output you get from a 3 wire (hall effect) sensor. The other wire going to the dash will go to ground (not sensor ground), so the 2 wires for your dash should be ground and 'calibrated ac output'

Love the twin tip look instead of the big 4'' tip that most people get. |

Too shiny. Mate your setting the bar too high. We just cant compete with that
Seriously though props for sticking with it and doing a proper job. Lots of time and cash and research have been poured in and soon you get to enjoy it. |

Pretty sure those 'bumps' are to help tumble the air around a bit to ensure a proper fuel/air mix by the time it gets pumped into the cylinder.

NB cams do not have 9mm lift. unless you got aftermarket?
the intake bumps are there for a reason. big turbo and increased lag means these become mute. |
