Nice one!
Yeah Jaycar do a Dynamat copy now (self-adhesive butyl rubber with a foil top) not sure if it's any good. They also do a self adhesive waterproof absorption product so you can put that over a deadener layer for anal levels of door treatment. |

however i have noticed alot of new cars lately just have a repair kit (even thought they have the actual well in the boot to fit a spare tyre.) In otherwords u could probly get away (law wise) not having one. just hope you dont get a flat 100km in the middle of no where..

i remember someone saying that YOU DONT NEED a spare tyre for RWC BUT if you do have one INSTALLED, IT MUST be roadworthy/legal... in otherwords, its not a legal requirement, but if you do have one in there it must be legal... i cant say that its true, just someone reputable from here said it... that was in QLD btw...

Can't be as easy as SA though :P
The only time your car EVER has to be inspected is if it's defected. Or if you import But wouldn't you be a bit worried driving around without a spare? I've had to use one once and wouldn't like to imagine if i didn't have it.... |

Meh in my Capri I had a spare but I accidentally screwed the amps down into it. So it was useless lol I didn't bother with it.
