Broadband
Hi,
Just wondering what you would recommend for broadband - i think i have narrowed it down to Netspace and Internode. Netspace for a limited time is no set-up fee and a b/b wireless modem for $100.00, this is for a 24 month contract on a 512k/128k plan with 2GB download limit then it shapes out to dial up speed - this is $39.95 per month. Internode costs about $380.00 for wireless modem and set-up and is $39.95 per month is a 8GB shaped plan - this is no contract but a $65 fee applies if you cancel in the first 6 months. I am possibly thinking Netspace as i dont see that i will be downloading HEAPS anyway. Anyones suggestions will be appreciated Thanks

Looks like netspace will be the lucky one - i'll go and have a further chat to the dude where i got my laptop from at lunch to get the 'fine print'. J *EDIT* Yeah Skitz, i need wireless as i will have my lappy in my room and the modem out next to the desktop. I will also make sure i make it secure - dont want anyone doin what i did to my neighbour - reason i am gettin it is theirs is now password protected so i cant get in!

As you are in tassie take special care to check who has good reports for throughput as tassie is known for having problems with that.
