it's here

Today I finally took delivery of my 2.5 6 cylinder..Thought the couriers had lost it..

Its not immediately going into the BA, but really nice to have it on hand. I love the performance of the old 2 litre ..So am ultra keen to experience the 2.5..

Let the fun begin

Thanks to dan (Ruprecht)

neither..its a KF to KL mod...

I didn't want to go berserk. Motor was moreso mechanical insurance on a long kms car plus a bit of extra smile potential..

As an aside, think my 2 litre has been rebuilt at some stage..that, or it has been extremely well maintained... Pulls like a train, doesn't smoke or drink.

Sweet sweet motor..just did Kangaroo Valley run...little Astina so ridiculously capable...I gave her a major workout and fuel consumption still well excellent too..

280k and feels like a new engine..
