Looks like you put the standard springs in the back. That's a lot of weight gone

rear window wiper motor rear lip , under the car you ave all the exhaust guards remove them an there bolts [floor might get a bit hotter ] side blinkers in the guards tape up holes ,remove airconditioning belts ,consul an just put a bit off carpet there ,spare wheel ,jack an tools, parcel tray

What more can I say? Yes it was a turbo, ported rotary with a tightly packed LSD 8) but I only had 205s on the back. With a little practice who knows how much I could've trimmed off that time????

yeah practice plays such a big role. on almost every start i had wheel spin. if i could get to 2.0xx 60ft times i'd be very happy with what i have now. consistant 0.4-0.5 reaction times would be good too.

I'd like to see what time u'd get with all the weight back in the car, considering all ur engine mods, cause most people (I think) would not drive their cars around with two seats in it and hardly any parts. That way everyone else on here could get a better idea of what times they can expect from their cars.

yeah 2L, but dont forget it's a heavy car (1184kg stock). also it was my first time.
i'd think with practice i could do a 15.300 with the current state of the engine/vehicle weight etc |

Its just that i got the calculator out and if u added 130kg to the car (mine weights 1260kg) it would easily put 0.7 of a sec onto the qtr time if not more, and mine got a 16.2 and has no engine mods. Sorry to bring it up but uz just proved that my car does have 87.5kw atw standard so im confussed as to why the mods dont work? Thus i think the only way to get any real power out of my car is to put a nos bottle & unichip in and go straight into the 14sec bracket for a lot less money than all the other mods and without stripping the car, but its illegal. Agggghhh! If only a turbo kit wasn't so expensive!

well i proved those calculators dont work. it suggested for me that i'd do a 16.1 second 1/4 mile.
also dont forget this was my first time so i'm sure it wasnt perfect. how many times have you been drag racing? also, i had an almost full tank of fuel |
