I found this today after seeing MTECH fuel savers on modyourcar.com (here). Looks like there may be some truth to the hydrogen thing.

Also, has anyone tried one of the MTECH fuel saver devices?

NB. Please don't turn this into another 'if they work so well they'd be on from factory' or 'you only say it works because you've installed one' argument. I'm only interested in people who have actually tried them on their car.

EDIT: I read the 27 page Murdoch University research paper that's posted on their website. Unfortunately it's just a big summary of all the other stuff on the site, which means there's no credible research to look at. The WA department of consumer and employment protection even made them remove it from the market in WA (looky). Just more snake oil I guess.

Hydrogen

I don't tray the MTECH in my car but I use the HUDROGEN ON DEMAND SYSTEM, and it works GOOD! I can do more if I put 3-4 Super magnets on the foul line and heat it up a bit, then I make the gasoline more fin broken and then mix it whit hydrogen, maybe I save more, but I am happy whit 35-40%
I have to day. I drive 2 month now and it works very good for me.

Hi I am back to tell you what happen the last months.
Now I have built a Stanley steel jar on 2,3L and built one electronic box to cheat the MAP sensor in a Mitsubishi Lanser 1.6i 1965
That car save 82% gasoline driving on highway.
My car Mazda Astina 91 save 65% (no computer to cheat)
My Honda Air blade motorbike save 42%
Now we start to mass produce the system for Cars, Truck, Speed Boats, Big motorbike, Tractors, and Power generators. AND IT WORKS !!!
I gone give you the site later weer you can find the system later, ( I must make it first ;-) )
Thanks for the help I have and for the trust from some of you.
This is a BIG business now.
Happy driving
Tom

Thanks I think you don't believe me yet, I am sad you don't live near me,
then I will show you that it works, I even put it on a Lexus 4000cc V8 driving on LPG
and he say, the car runs much better and he save 35% LPG, so what can I say.
There is thousand and thousand of Taxi in Thailand driving on LPG so think,
they want to save 30-40% LPG, BIG thing or not?

Tom

OK up to you, but way don't you tray it out your self...
then you know for chore if it works or not.
It is sad that people don't underhand this sing, it is simple, but every one
think I must store the gas, I don't do that at all, ok it take between 15-20Amp
but give 1 liter gas In 1.5 min, and that is what I need in the airflow mix to save gasoline.

Tray it your self.
By By! I don't wasting more time on this this in the this forum any more.
But I hope I can ask some other question some day
Take care
Tom
