WTB: lowering springs for my BA

so ive had my 98 1.8 astina BA for about a year now and i think its about time i make it sit at a decent hight. so im looking for a set of springs.
would like to spend under $200.

If these springs aren't sold, just how low are they? Brand? What struts are they on?
