lol Marc i found this thread when i was just about to create one myself

Looking into this some more...
From what I can tell the MSP lip is wider than the SP20 bumper, not sure how much wider but not sure if it'd be a problem...
But I'm on the verge of pressing the buy button on one of these...

MSP lip moulds perfectly onto the SP20 bumper
It is no wider than the wheel arches.

See my picture above!

Well looks like i'm gonna be drawing a template of the bottom of my neighbours car curious as to how it'll fit the shape of the shape of the SP20 bumper where it comes out under the grille...

And extra cold air induction

See the dark circle on the headlight? That is a sealed tube that feeds cold into the intake!

I think there is a YouTube clip of it somewhere

the JDP is an addon to the MSP lip (from what I gather), never heard of the MP3 or 1.8L lip?? Links to pics so I can post in the top post?

Yeah JDP is meant as an addon...
http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/showt...of-pics)/page3

This is the sedan lip (for lesser US models) bumper is VERY similar to our 1.8 so I would assume it fits

And a special version of the protege was released in the US called the MP3 which had a little splitter on the bottom not sure if it's worthy at all :P

Added the JDP replica & MP3 lips, not sure about the 1.8L lip fitting a BJII bumper, but for now lets keep it to the upgraded SP20 bumper (sorry if this offends anyone!!)

JDP Rep IS NOT the same as the JDP...the fit completely different and it shows on the cars that have them...

Here is the real JDP lip, Carbon Fiber picture and Painted...

Another Lip option is Canada ONLY...Onderground Front Lip...I have only seen two of these...

Sounds like a ground clearance nightmare :P

I'm going to order one of the cheaper 07 sti style ones of eBay. Heaps of people mod them to fit liberties and hondas, They can be shaped a bit with a heat gun apparently so I should be able to get it to work pretty well

Just gotta do a few test runs to see if it sticking out will make the driveway inaccessible
