Hey I got a big question. Where is Dorrigo Mountain resort? Is there big signs we cannot miss? Other?

Its basically at the very top of Waterfall Way, if coming from Coffs, its on the left hand side...

Hey gang, I just spoke to Greg from DMR, and he asked me to email him to confirm our cabins and names of ppl going. There seems to be an extra mystery cabin, so I am waiting to hear from him who that is. I dunno if it's one of the secret squirrel ppl (which I thought had all dropped out) or other?

Yeah, we can look at the smelly seals on Saturday, but bugger swimming with dolphins. It costs too much and they would just keep pushing me back out to sea anyhow.

We had sun here in Logan for most of Saturday and so far today, so hopefully this will continue down south and have the roads all nice and swept clean for Friday morning. Greg is gonna email me back about the condition of the roads down there too. Although I'm not hugely worried as I have lots of waterfalls to take us to see now that we didn't see last time.

Cheers, Gav.

It states on the Bellingen Council website that waterfall way is now open, so here's hoping both lanes are free

Giggles, it's prolly just a booking farkup. No word back yet on that though...

Anyhow, I would love for more ppl to come now that the official anal cruise isn't happening.
Although I guess the potential flourishing waterfalls due to all the rain might put ppl off?

Hey, there's a silver lining.

Maybe it is someone from down south? But you are right, it's probably just Greg counting 1 too many times.

accommodation and attendence issues. dunno what it means. but i'm assuming not enough people were going and the accommodation was never properly organised or not organised early enough.

best to pm the organisers or dan for more/correct info.

Hey Ryan,

Just curious as to what time you'll be leaving your place and hopefully getting to dorrigo? Still going to take the Pac Hwy?

Oh, forgot to mention, I think a couple drinking sessions will be happening

It was rainy last time and still pretty nice there and we were staying in a tent and still had a good time... even maybe the best time :P. I think what went wrong with the big annual cruise was that yes not enough interest and to many people relying on one person to do the ground work which isn't very fair but thats how it is i guess... I feel bad because i would have gone but the house is more important atm, i dnt feel that its fair that Melb will miss out again yet so many people expect them to travel to us... just an observation... but again thats how it is i guess... Have fun guys hope you dnt run into to many dramas.

The rain won't be a problem.

VICs are in the same boat as the QLDers, neither of us have had our own anual cruise yet. And since the anual cruise has always been in NSW (proably because it IS central), QLDers have had to travel every year if they wanted to attend. No sane coherrent understanding person expects anyone to travel such long distances for anything if they don't want to or can't.
