Hey guys thanks to your advice I now am the owner of a pair Kumho KU31's fitted and balanced on the front wheels of my car.
Was patchy rain on the way home and in traffic so I didn't get much of a chance to try them out. But leaving the tyre shop they spun with out me trying to... Now I have the fun job of wearing them in/out. I did notice it was nice to have more grip on the rear again. The Goodrides are better tyres than I thought according to the reviews I read. It turned out the old rears were very close to the legal limit and probably shouldn't have been on the road any more. They would have been fun at the skid pan but if I had an accident before then I would have had no insurance. The Kumhos would be at least the 14th pair of tyres that I can remember buying for my car. In 102,000 km Thanks again for your advice, Phil |
